We ship all orders via USPS.

Lys Secret Beauty Supply offers FREE SHIPPING on any online purchase over $80 within the contiguous states. Please allow 3-4 days for processing prior to shipping.

In Store Pickup — Only available for local customers who want to order online and pick up in the store.

Flat Rate Shipping $8.99.

Delivery time for US Orders: Normally takes 5-7 business days.

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified, so please verify you enter the correct address before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you catch that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at contact@lyssecret.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. All orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day orders (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 5-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process the next business day.

All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed).
